| Below, Receiving hopper; Horizontal Auger tube which was full of contaminant. The transparent muck in the image on the right is the stuff that is hanging off of the end of the auger tube on the left. (The red hose is pushed into the tube to flush it out). Someone said the muck twitched when nobody was looking. |
Below, Pneumatic pump; air side of the diaphragms are soiled with oil by-product which was delivered to the pump. This is what could contact product when a diaphragm fails. Lets inspect these! |
